通过理论分析得出:标志茎秸层松散度的茎秸自由运动时间(△t)与转速(n)、振幅(2r)、筛面倾角(α)、摆动方向角(β)之间的关系的基本方程式。同时得出△t、茎秸层厚度(h)和茎秸平均运动速度(V_(cp))与工作体制(k)、α、β之间的变化规律。此基本方程式和变化规律为浙江农业大学进行的实验宣试验结果所基本证实。 本文试图将理论分析结果与实验所得规律加以对照,以进一步完备理论,并在此基础上讨论分离机构的一般理论问题。
The theoretical analysis shows that the relationship between the free movement time (Δt) and the rotation speed (n), amplitude (2r), screen surface inclination angle (α) and swinging direction angle (β) The basic equation. This basic equation and the law of variation for the experiment of Zhejiang Agricultural University declared the results of the basic verification. This article attempts to contrast the results of theoretical analysis with those obtained experimentally, in order to further complete the theory, and on this basis to discuss the general theoretical problems of the separation mechanism.
