目的检测心血管疾病高发的中老年人群的血液黏度值,并找出具有统计学意义的血液黏度影响因素及拟合经验公式。方法采集被测者静脉血液和生理病理信息,利用LG-R-80系列旋转黏度计检测血液黏度,通过SPSS软件分析具有统计学意义的血液黏度影响因素并拟合经验公式。结果血液黏度随年龄、体重指数BMI的增加而增加,男性60岁达峰值5.35 m Pa·s,女性50岁达峰值4.45 m Pa·s,此后变化趋于平稳,不再升高;各年龄段内男性血液黏度值均明显高于女性,其差值范围在0.28~0.90 m Pa·s内;高血压患病者伴有明显的血液黏度值增加,且其与对照组的黏度值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.1)。结论心血管疾病高发年龄段人群血液黏度值分布具有一定的规律性,研究所得到的不同影响因素与血液黏度关系的经验公式,对于探讨不同生理条件下血液黏度变化、不同黏度值对一些心血管疾病的影响程度以及进一步研究血液黏度的无创检测提供有意义的参考依据。
Objective To detect the blood viscosity of middle-aged and elderly people with cardiovascular disease and find out the influencing factors of blood viscosity and fitting experience formula. Methods Blood samples were collected for venous blood and physiological and pathological information. Blood viscosity was measured by LG-R-80 series rotary viscometer. Influencing factors of blood viscosity with statistical significance were analyzed by SPSS software and the empirical formula was fitted. Results The blood viscosity increased with the increase of age and body mass index (BMI). The peak value of males was 5.35 m Pa · s at 60 years old and 4.45 m Pa · s at 50 years old. The changes tended to be stable and no longer increased. The values of blood viscosity in male were significantly higher than those in female, and the difference ranged from 0.28 to 0.90 mPa · s. The patients with hypertension had significant increase in blood viscosity, and the difference of viscosity between the two groups was statistically significant Significance (P <0.1). Conclusions The distribution of blood viscosity in the population with high prevalence of cardiovascular disease has a certain regularity. The empirical formula of the relationship between the different influencing factors and the blood viscosity of cardiovascular patients is of great importance to explore the changes of blood viscosity under different physiological conditions, The impact of disease and further study of noninvasive blood viscosity testing provide a meaningful reference.
