在J_R阻力曲线试验基础上提出的撕裂模量T,能作为材料失稳断裂准则,在工程应用中有很大的实用意义。本文用多试样J_R阻力曲线方法,对几种中强度钢测定撕裂模量T和无量纲参数ω,高韧性的16Mn钢J值最大,呈现了很高的抗失稳阻力。不同回火温度的30 NCD 16钢,580℃回火获得较理想的T值,并且提出了这几种材料的ω最小值为30,本文还叙述了裂纹扩展的J控制条件,指出目前所采用的标准的R曲线方法满足J控制条件的要求。
The tear modulus T proposed on the basis of the J_R resistance curve experiment can be used as the criterion of material destabilization and fracture, which has great practical significance in engineering application. In this paper, with multi-sample J_R resistance curve method, the J value of 16Mn steel with the highest tensile strength (T) and non-dimensional parameter (ω) and high toughness was obtained. Different tempering temperature of 30 NCD 16 steel, 580 ℃ tempering to obtain the ideal value of T, and proposed that the minimum value of these materials is 30, this article also describes the crack propagation J control conditions, pointed out that currently used The standard R curve method satisfies the requirements of J control conditions.
