目的:采用超高效液相色谱/电喷雾飞行时间质谱联用技术分析玉屏风方的水煎煮和超声提取物主要化学成分,探讨超声提取玉屏风方的适宜性。方法:实验选择C18柱,以乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱对提取物进行超高效液相色谱分离,串联电喷雾飞行时间质谱获得各组分的精确相对分子质量和分子式,结合其色谱行为和文献对化合物进行推断。结果:水煎煮和超声得到的2种提取物的色谱图共有峰12个,相对保留时间一致;电喷雾飞行时间质谱总离子流图共有峰14个,各组分精确相对分子质量相同,并推定了10个化合物及其来源。结论:玉屏风方水煎煮和超声得到的提取物化学成分基本相同,就提取物化学成分而言,超声提取技术适用于玉屏风方的制剂生产。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main chemical constituents of water decoction and ultrasonic extraction of Yupingfeng side by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography / electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry and discuss the suitability of ultrasonic extraction of Yupingfeng side. Methods: The C18 column was selected in this study. The extracts were separated by ultra performance liquid chromatography with gradient elution of acetonitrile and water. The exact relative molecular mass and molecular formula of each component were obtained by tandem electrospray ionization time of flight mass spectrometry. Compounds are inferred. Results: There were 12 peaks in the two extracts obtained by boiling and sonication, and the relative retention times were consistent. There were 14 peaks in total ionization time of electrospray ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry with the exact relative molecular mass of each component being the same Presumed 10 compounds and their origin. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of the extract obtained from JFB decoction and ultrasound are basically the same. For the chemical constituents of the extract, ultrasonic extraction is suitable for the preparation of Yupingfeng formula.
