Q:我们是一家专门经营中高端LED商业照明灯具的小企业,入行较晚,以销售为主。由于企业规模小、设备少、硬件设施薄弱,因此错过了很多合作机会。我有一个朋友是做LED灯珠的,硬件方面比较强,销售方面比较弱,我们之间刚好形成了优势互补,所以我想跟他合作,以他的公司为平台,我负责销售,他负责生产。但目前有几个问题:一是我担心本来关系不错的朋友因为牵涉到利益会变成敌人。二是我害怕他在工厂做大后会把我甩开。我的计划是先把线下业务做起来,达到一定的量后就全力做网络销售,但如果一直用他的品牌,网上生意稳定后,我就没有存在的价值了。针对现在的情况,我是否可以和对方合作?双方的利润怎样分成?
