1978年,我公司设计、施工了一幢外砖内大模首层大空间剪力墙住宅试验楼。其首层大空间内设有托儿所、活动站、加工组、服务站、居委会等(图1),2～6层仍为小开间单元住宅(图2)。试验楼总建筑面积3768平方米,其中首层628平方米,由于托儿所等项目移入住宅楼内,减少了单独建楼的占地面积390平方米,相应减少了室外管线工程。
In 1978, our company designed and constructed a large-scale first-floor large-space shear wall residential building test block in the outer brick. There are nurseries, activity stations, processing groups, service stations, and neighborhood committees in the first floor of the large space (Fig. 1), while the second to sixth floors are still small apartments (Fig. 2). The total floor area of the test building is 3,768 square meters, of which the first floor is 628 square meters. Since nursery schools and other projects are moved into residential buildings, the floor space of a separate building is reduced by 390 square meters, and accordingly the outdoor pipeline works are reduced.
