本文提供了基于STARCCM+软件的某大型环境舱流场和温度场仿真模拟,分别计算和分析了极冷、冷、热和极热四类工况条件下的舱内温度均匀性。结果表明,在舱内未放置试验件(飞机舱段)和内热源(日照模拟设备)的情况下,采用全面孔板送风的方式可以保证在上述四类工况下核心区域温差均小于1℃,即可以保证该环境舱空载状态下的温度均匀性,本文的计算结果对该大型环境舱的设计具有一定的参考意义。
In this paper, the simulation of flow field and temperature field in a large-scale environmental chamber based on STARCCM + software is provided. The temperature uniformity in the four kinds of working conditions of extreme cold, cold, hot and extreme heat is calculated and analyzed separately. The results show that in the case of no test piece (aircraft cabin) and internal heat source (sunshine simulation equipment) placed in the cabin, the use of full orifice air supply can ensure that the temperature difference in the core region under the above four conditions is less than 1 ℃, the temperature uniformity under the no-load condition of the environment cabin can be guaranteed. The calculation results in this paper have certain reference meaning for the design of the large-scale environment cabin.
