外周中心静脉置管（peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC）是重要救治技术,在新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）应用越来越广泛。而危重症新生儿是发生导管血流感染（catheter-related blood stream infection,CRBSI）的高危人群,CRBSI是新生儿PICC的主要和最严重的并发症。
