几年来我厂对几种常用的热处理炉实行技术改造,对提高热处理质量,节约能源以及改善劳动条件都收到了比较满意的效果.现将改炉的情况简要介绍如下。 1.箱式炉 (1)炉体结构如图1所示,搁丝墙用超轻质耐火阶型砖,其上部用硅酸铝耐火纤维毡叠砌;炉底上部用粘士砖,搁丝槽用高铝砖;炉口两侧约300mm高,用体积密度0.8g/cm~3的节能砖砌筑,其上再叠砌硅酸铝耐火纤维毡;炉后墙用硅酸铝耐火纤维毡叠
