本文就紫外分光光度法测定食品中的色氨酸的最适条件及方法的可靠性进行了探讨,并对部分食品中的色氨酸的含量进行了测定。
In this paper, the optimum conditions for the determination of tryptophan in food by UV spectrophotometry and the reliability of the method were discussed, and the content of tryptophan in some foods was determined.
