简要介绍了某科研楼混凝土空心楼板的设计与施工。设计方面介绍了该工程的基本情况、设计标准的采用;通过两种不同楼板方案的对比,得出空心楼板比预应力实心板节省的结论。施工方面介绍了抗浮验算公式,通过设置抗浮拉丝、条形混凝土垫块、卡具等措施保证填充块不上浮、偏移。
The design and construction of concrete hollow floor slabs in a scientific research building are briefly introduced. The design aspects introduced the basic conditions of the project and the adoption of design standards. Through the comparison of two different floor plans, the conclusion that the hollow floor slab is saved from the prestressed solid slab is obtained. In terms of construction, the anti-floating verification formula was introduced. By means of anti-floating wire drawing, strip-shaped concrete pads, and fixtures, etc., the filling blocks should not be floated or deflected.
