一、上静水坝坝址上静水坝(Upper Stillwater Dam)是一座直线碾压混凝土重力坝.坝址位于犹他州盐湖城东南约193公里处的犹因特山区的岩溪河上.坝高约84米,坝顶长814米.上游坝面呈垂直,下游属变坡面:从坝顶算起,上面的23米坡度为0.32∶1,23米以下为0.6∶1.碾压混凝土方量预计107万立米. 岩溪河因水流与冰川作用,河谷宽阔平坦,两岸边坡陡峭.坝基地质为中到厚层石英砂岩,两岸为砂岩、泥质板岩与粉砂岩.基岩上面覆盖有3~30多米的表层沉积物,其中有冲积扇,山麓堆积和冰碛物.基岩内有好几条狭窄、陡切的断层,走向呈南北向.
