1978～2005年的27年间,我国行政管理费支出平均每年增长24%,公务员的职务消费占全国财政总收入的比重从1978年的4%上升到2005年的24%。
In the 27 years from 1978 to 2005, the average annual growth of administrative expenses in our country increased by 24% per year. The proportion of civil servants’ post-office expenses in the total national fiscal revenue rose from 4% in 1978 to 24% in 2005.
