材料的供不应求,是我局试制2,500瓩列车电站中的一个严重矛盾。据估计:制造一套2,500瓩整套设备,要各种钢材200吨,生鉄250吨、硅铜片10吨,有色金属12吨,及其他辅助材料等。但这些材料都没有列入1958年度的国家计划,市场供应又非常紧张。数月来,由于水利电力部和地方党政及各兄弟单位的大力支持帮助,经材料人员赴奔各地采购到的材料再加上我局原库存物资,在数量上基本得到满足,但这些材料与设计要求比较则在品种规格上还相差很远,形成了要求的没有,不要的则有。面临着这种情况,我们发动群众,破除迷信,在冲天干劲与科学分析相结合的要求下,根据现有的材料情况,积极的研究了代用材料和利用旧料等办法,有力的克服了材料供不应求的这一严重矛盾。

This serious contradiction of supply falls short of demand.
