近年来,我国城镇化建设取得了较大进展,为社会主义现代化深入发展提供了有力支持。在城镇化建设过程中,存在大量被拆迁房屋及安置居民,政府需要通过落实拆迁安置房项目,来满足这部分居民的住房需求。然而在拆迁安置房项目管理过程中,部分环节还是暴露了一定问题,使得相关工作受到了制约。基于此,本文对拆迁安置房项目管理进行了综合性分析,并提出了相关管理策略,以供参考。
In recent years, great progress has been made in urbanization in our country, providing strong support for the in-depth development of socialist modernization. In the course of urbanization, there are a large number of houses to be demolished and residents to be resettled. The government needs to fulfill the housing needs of these residents through the implementation of demolition and resettlement housing projects. However, during the process of demolition and resettlement house project management, some problems have still been exposed and the related work has been restricted. Based on this, this article has carried on the comprehensive analysis to the demolition resettlement housing project management, and has proposed the related management strategy, for the reference.
