目的:研究枫香树叶的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶,Sephadex LH-20,MPLC等色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质、波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从枫香树叶的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到9个化合物,分别为:(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside[(+)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-葡萄糖](1),(6R,7S,8S)-7a-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol(2),(+)-5’methoxyisolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(-)-isolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),(3S,5R,6R,7E,9S)-megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol(5),山柰酚-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),kaempferol-4’-O-α-Lrhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),山柰酚-3-O-(6″-没食子酰基)-β-D-半乳糖苷(8),槲皮素-3-O-(6″-没食子酰基)-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of sweetgum leaves. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MPLC and other chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Liquidambar formosana, which were: (+) - lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside [ β-D-glucopyranoside (1), (6R, 7S, 8S) -7a - [(β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol (3), (-) - isolariciresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), (3S, 5R, 6R, 7E, 9S) -megastigman-7-ene-3,5,6,9-tetrol ), Kaempferol-4’-O-α-Lhamnopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (7), kaempferol- 3-O- (6 “-galonoyl) -β-D-galactoside (8), quercetin-3-O- (6” -galoyl) -β-D-galactoside (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
