为确定一次性引流袋在T型管引流术中的使用时限,本文对30例胆囊结石继发性胆总管结石,行胆总管探查、取石、T管引流患者引流袋内胆汁进行术后1-14日细菌学监测。结果:引流袋内胆汁出现细菌最早1例为术后11日,术后14日有细菌生长为21例,共检查出细菌8种;术后14日T型管内胆汁培养3例有细菌生长,2例与引流袋内细菌一致,1例与引流袋内细菌不一致。结果提示:14天内夹管者无需更换引流袋,而较长时间置引流管者,应10天更换一次较为合适。
In order to determine the time limit for the use of disposable drainage bags in T-tube drainage procedures, this article presents 30 cases of secondary common bile duct stones of gallbladder stones, common bile duct exploration, stone removal, and drainage of internal bile in patients with T-tube drainage. 14 bacteriological monitoring. RESULTS: The first case of bacteria in the bile drain bag was 11 days after operation. There were 21 cases of bacterial growth on the 14th postoperative day. A total of 8 bacteria were detected. Bacterial growth was observed in 3 cases of T-type intraductal bile culture on the 14th postoperative day. Two cases were consistent with the bacteria in the drainage bag, and one case was inconsistent with the bacteria in the drainage bag. The results suggest that the clipper does not need to replace the drainage bag within 14 days, and it is more appropriate to replace the drainage bag for a longer period of time.
