随着我国农村改革的深化和新世纪的到来,作为成校的领头雁——校长,应该不断研究和探索农村成人教育发展的趋势,大力发展农村成人教育,提高广大农村劳动者的素质。我认为,乡镇成校校长必须具备以下十种意识,以适应新时期、新形势和新任务对农村成人教育的要求。1.质量意识办学质量直接关系到乡镇成校的生存和发展。校长要把提高教育质量作为重要内容来抓,学校培养的人才有没有掌握科学技术知识,是否适合新世纪社会发展的需要,是否具备职业道德等
