中学生物学教师的知识结构影响着教学的实施,影响着学生的学习。本文分析了新课程改革下,生物学教师知识结构方面存在的问题,并针对问题提出优化策略。
The structure of knowledge of middle school biology teachers influences the implementation of teaching and affects the students’ learning. This article analyzes the problems existing in the knowledge structure of biology teachers under the new curriculum reform and puts forward the optimization strategies according to the problems.
