目的 :研究HPV16型E6早期蛋白C端编码区基因片段 (E6C)免疫小鼠的作用。方法 :利用基因重组技术构建含HPV16型E6C的真核表达质粒 ,用此质粒肌肉注射免疫C57BL/ 6小鼠 ,观察该疫苗对小鼠T细胞增殖的影响。结果 :实验组小鼠T细胞与对照组相比 ,增殖明显增强。结论 :应用该质粒能够诱导机体的细胞免疫反应增强 ,为乳头瘤病毒相关疾病的预防和治疗提供了思路
Objective: To study the effect of HPV16 E6 early protein C-terminal gene fragment (E6C) immunized mice. Methods: Eukaryotic expression plasmid containing HPV16 E6C was constructed by gene recombination technique. C57BL / 6 mice were intramuscularly injected with this plasmid to observe the effect of the vaccine on T cell proliferation in mice. Results: Compared with the control group, the proliferation of T cells in experimental group was significantly increased. Conclusion: The use of this plasmid can induce an increase of cellular immune response and provide ideas for the prevention and treatment of papillomavirus-related diseases
