一些资料表明,克山病病区粮、水中,硒含量明显减少。用亚硒酸钠预防克山病已收到良好的效果。但亚硒酸钠与克山病病因学及发病学的关系,尚缺乏直接证据。本实验企图通过研究正常动物及低硒实验动物模型的心肌代谢的差异及亚硒酸钠对二者的影响,来探索硒与克山病病因学及发病学的关系。
Some data show that Keshan disease ward food, water, selenium content decreased significantly. Prevention of Keshan disease with sodium selenite has received good results. However, the relationship between sodium selenite and Keshan disease etiology and pathogenesis is still lack of direct evidence. In this study, we attempted to explore the relationship between selenium and etiology and pathogenesis of Keshan disease by studying the differences in myocardial metabolism between normal and low-selenium animal models and the effects of sodium selenite on them.
