1概述不锈钢因具有耐腐蚀的优点,在食品加工与食品器皿生产中得到了广泛地应用。由于不锈钢中主要合金元素铬镍的价格昂贵,因此,为了降低不锈钢产品的成本,厂商希望在不影响使用的前提下,尽量采用最薄的不锈钢板材,以求以较低成本占领市场。为了保证产品有一定的刚强度
1 Overview Due to its corrosion resistance, stainless steel is widely used in food processing and food vessel production. As the main alloying element of chromium and nickel in stainless steel is expensive, in order to reduce the cost of stainless steel products, manufacturers hope to use the thinnest stainless steel plate as much as possible without affecting the use, in order to occupy the market with lower cost.
