常用炊具铁、铝和不锈钢锅分别以水、水加醋煮沸10min后,用原子吸收分光光度法测定3种锅加水对应无奈的溶出量(mg/L)分别为铁11.60、铝21.41、镍0.06和铬0.07,而水加醋则其溶出量均明显增加,为加水的2.0-4.5倍。
