通过室内模型试验,研究了混凝土砌块路面的基层、砌块铺砌方式及其加载方式对路表弯沉的影响。共设计了有基层、无基层路面结构;顺砌式、人字式砌块铺砌方式;块体的长边与行车方向平行、垂直加载方式等8种试验工况。试验结果表明:水泥混凝土基层砌块路面结构的弯沉值比无基层砌块路面结构的弯沉值小,荷载扩散率大;人字式的砌块铺砌方式要优于顺砌式铺砌,且混凝土基层砌块路面结构采用人字式铺砌比顺砌式铺砌表现出更大的优势。顺砌式铺筑的加载方式应使块体的长边与行车方向垂直,而行车方向对人字式铺砌砌块路面的影响不大。
Through the indoor model test, the effect of the grassroots, block paving and loading methods on the road surface deflection is studied. A total of a total of grass-roots design, no grass-roots pavement structure; Shun-style, herringbone block paving; block the long side and the driving direction of the parallel, vertical loading 8 kinds of test conditions. The test results show that the deflection of pavement structure of cement concrete masonry block is smaller than that of the non-masonry pavement structure, and the load spreading rate is large. The masonry block paving method is better than that of the pavement masonry. Concrete base course pavement structure using chevron paving than paving pavement show greater advantages. Subgrade paving should be loaded in such a way that the long side of the block is perpendicular to the driving direction while the driving direction has little effect on the paved block pavement.
