目的探讨儿童弱视治疗中弱视眼的两种屈光矫正法疗效是否相同。方法将75例(100眼)病人随机分为两组,A组50眼,弱视眼按检影结果减去+1．00DS矫正,B组50眼,弱视眼按检影结果矫正,戴镜之后结合传统遮盖法和压抑疗法等其它方法治疗弱视。观察治疗满9个月及10个月时疗效及眼位。结果两组病人在治疗满9个月、10个月分别进行疗效比较,经x~2检验,两组疗效差异无明显的统计学意义(P＞0．05)。结论弱视眼在治疗期间减去+1．00DS矫正与按检影结果矫正,疗效相同。
Objective To investigate whether the efficacy of the two refractive correction methods for amblyopia in children with amblyopia is the same. Methods A total of 75 patients (100 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups.
