目的：调查分析抗高血压药的药物合理使用情况。方法从计算机数据库提取2012年~2014年抗高血压药使用数据，抽取2012~2014年诊断为高血压并年龄55岁以上的13874张处方，应用Excel进行回顾性分析。结果3年间我院抗高血压药物的使用不断增长，钙离子拮抗剂占所用抗高血压药物的40%，药物利用指数(DUI)为0.72~1.06。联合用药比例为79.45%，且以二联用药为主（48.60%）。结论该院门诊抗高血压药使用合理，药物利用充分。建议在使用过程中应考虑疗效成本。“,”Objective To Investigation and analysis of antihypertensive drugs and reasonable usage.Methods Extraction of 2012~2014 of antihypertensive drug use data from a computer database. selected from 2012 to 2014 for the diagnosis of hypertension and age 55 years old of above 13874 prescriptions.The application of Excel were retrospectively analyzed.Results The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 3 years of constant growth,calcium antagonists for use of antihypertensive drugs 40%,drug utilization index (DUI)ranged from 0.72 to 1.06.The rate of drug combination accounted for 79.45%of the total prescriptions,most of which were combination of two drugs (48.60%).Conclusion Application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is reasonable,make ful use of drugs.Recommendations should be considered curative ef ect cost in the process of use.
