研究了基于滚动时域控制(RHC)策略的终端区进场航班动态排序问题,目的是在终端区空中交通繁忙的情况下,有效地为到达航班安排合理的着陆次序,在满足安全间隔兼顾管制员负荷的情况下,给出航班经过多目标优化的着陆时间,提高航班进场率,降低飞行延误成本。建立了基于RHC的航班动态排序模型,并利用精英保留策略的遗传算法对一个算例进行验证计算。算例仿真结果表明,进场率得到了提高,延误时间和成本明显减少,验证了方法的有效性。
This paper studies the problem of dynamic sequencing of arrival flights in terminal areas based on rolling time domain control (RHC). The purpose is to arrange reasonable landing sequence for arrival flights efficiently when air traffic in terminal area is heavy, In case of staff load, given the multi-objective flight landing time, improve the flight entry rate and reduce the flight delay costs. A dynamic scheduling model of flight based on RHC is established, and an example is verified and calculated by using genetic algorithm of elite retention strategy. The simulation results show that the approach rate is improved, the delay time and cost are obviously reduced, which proves the effectiveness of the method.
