目的:比较不同浓度的陈皮水煎剂对雌性未孕豚鼠子宫平滑肌的影响,进一步探索和利用陈皮的临床应用价值。方法:将制备好的雌性豚鼠子宫平滑肌固定在相应的位置上和处理后,分别对其滴加生理盐水、不同浓度的缩宫素和不同浓度的陈皮水煎剂,并通过RM-6240型生物信号采集处理系统分别记录出相应的曲线。结果:与生理盐水组比较,缩宫素组使子宫平滑肌的相关曲线上调(促进作用),在一定范围内,且呈现正相关的浓度-效应关系;与生理盐水组比较,陈皮水煎剂组使子宫平滑肌的相关曲线下调(抑制作用),在一定范围内,且呈现负相关的浓度-效应关系。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different concentrations of Chenpi water decoction on uterine smooth muscle in female non-pregnant guinea pigs, and to further explore and utilize the clinical application value of dried tangerine peel. METHODS: The prepared guinea pig uterine smooth muscle was fixed in the corresponding position and treated, and then physiological saline, different concentrations of oxytocin and different concentrations of tangerine peel decoction were added to the female guinea pig uterus smooth muscle, and the RM-6240 type organism was added. The signal acquisition and processing system records the corresponding curves. RESULTS: Compared with the saline group, the oxytocin group increased the correlation curve of the uterine smooth muscle (promoting effect) within a certain range and showed a positively related concentration-effect relationship; compared with the saline group, the Chenpi water decoction group The relevant curve of the uterine smooth muscle was down-regulated (inhibitory effect) within a certain range, and showed a negatively related concentration-effect relationship.
