动筛排矸机的筛分效果与其传动机构特性有密切的关系,探讨了传动机构的急回特性对筛分效果的影响。以行程速比系数最大为目标建立优化数学模型,利用matlab优化工具箱进行求解,使速比系数提高了8.3%。通过SimMechanics对优化前后传动机构进行运动仿真分析,结果表明优化后结构提高了机构的急回特性,其运动更适合物料分层。
The screening effect of the moving sieve gangue machine has a close relationship with the characteristics of its transmission mechanism, and the influence of the snap back characteristic of the transmission mechanism on the sieving effect is discussed. The optimization mathematic model is established with the maximum coefficient of travel speed as the goal, and solved by matlab optimization toolbox, the speed ratio coefficient is increased by 8.3%. The simulation analysis of the transmission mechanism before and after optimization by SimMechanics shows that the optimized structure enhances the snap-back characteristic of the mechanism, and the movement is more suitable for material stratification.
