目的了解北京市海淀区重点行业职业健康状况,为提出相应的改善建议提供依据。方法依据《2012年全国职业健康状况调查工作实施方案》对海淀区重点行业开展职业健康状况调查,并对接触职业病危害人群进行职业健康检查,分析检查结果。结果 5 066名工人中职业禁忌证检出率为0.6%,疑似职业病检出率为2.2%,确诊职业病1人。职业禁忌证检出率最高的是接触铅的人员,为1.4%;疑似职业病检出率最高的是接触苯的人员,为8.5%。小型企业接触苯的疑似职业病检出率最高,为10.8%;中型企业接触铅的职业禁忌证的检出率最高,为2.6%;疑似苯中毒中其他行业检出率最高,为2.5%;接触其他有害因素中化学原料及化学制品制造业职业禁忌证检出率最高,为2.4%。结论该区重点职业病防治行业应为苯作业,中小企业及高新科技企业的职业病危害不容忽视。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of key industries in Haidian District, Beijing, and provide the basis for putting forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. Methods According to the “2012 National Occupational Health Survey Implementation Plan” to carry out occupational health status survey of key industries in Haidian District, and occupation occupational hazards exposed to occupational health checks, analysis of test results. Results The detection rate of occupational contraindications in 5 066 workers was 0.6%, the detection rate of suspected occupational diseases was 2.2% and 1 was diagnosed as occupational disease. The highest detection rate of occupational contraindications is lead exposure to staff, 1.4%; suspected occupational disease detection rate is the highest rate of exposure to benzene, 8.5%. The detection rate of suspected occupational exposure to benzene in small enterprises was the highest, at 10.8%; the detection rate of occupational contraindications to lead exposure in medium-sized enterprises was the highest at 2.6%; the detection rate of other industries in suspected benzene poisoning was the highest at 2.5%; Other harmful factors in chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing industry, the highest detection rate of occupational contraindications, 2.4%. Conclusion The key occupational disease prevention and treatment industries in this area should be benzene, and the occupational hazards of small and medium-sized enterprises and hi-tech enterprises should not be neglected.
