低分子右旋糖酐过敏性反应已有报道,但由它引起的过敏性休克报道尚少,现将我院近11年中所遇到的6例报道如下,并作简要讨论。临床资料 6例中男性5例,女性1例;年龄12～58岁。我院所用的低分子右旋糖酐多来源于华东、江苏、四川等制药厂出品,用药前均经过常规检查,液体外观清晰,无沉淀。6例均为单独静滴,未与任何药物混合。过敏性休克发生前曾静滴低分子右旋糖酐1～15次;过敏性休克发生在开始静滴10～90分钟后,平均36分。3例有药物过敏史。临床表现:寒颤、高热及厌食6例;恶心、呕吐4例,呼吸困难及腹痛各4例;四肢厥冷及窦性心动过速各5例;其他尚有意识朦胧2例,嗜睡及便血各1例,血压下降至零4例,血压降至40～60mmHg
Allergic reactions of low molecular weight dextran have been reported, but there are few reports of anaphylactic shock caused by it. Six cases encountered in our hospital in the recent 11 years are reported as follows and briefly discussed. 6 cases of clinical data in 5 males and 1 females; aged 12 to 58 years. Low molecular dextran used in our hospital mostly comes from East China, Jiangsu, Sichuan and other pharmaceutical factories. Before the treatment, all of them have undergone routine examination. The liquid has clear appearance and no sedimentation. 6 cases were intravenous infusion, not with any drug mixture. Before the onset of anaphylactic shock low molecular weight dextran intravenously 1 to 15 times; anaphylactic shock occurred in the first 10 to 90 minutes after intravenous infusion, an average of 36 points. 3 cases had history of drug allergy. Clinical manifestations: shivering, fever and anorexia in 6 cases; nausea and vomiting in 4 cases, dyspnea and abdominal pain in 4 cases; extremities Jue cold and sinus tachycardia in 5 cases; the other there are two cases of conscious dreams, lethargy and blood in the stool of the 1 Cases, blood pressure dropped to zero in 4 cases, blood pressure dropped to 40 ~ 60mmHg
