目的了解水泥厂选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝装置生产过程中的职业病危害因素,找出关键控制点,并对其控制效果进行分析。方法选择南宁市某水泥厂SNCR脱硝装置进行职业病危害因素调查并进行检测。结果作业工人在SNCR脱硝装置区域接触的氨、一氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、噪声、高温的浓度/强度均符合国家职业卫生标准的要求。结论在正常运转情况下,该脱硝装置存在的职业病危害因素对工人影响较小,但仍有一定的潜在风险,需从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards in the process of selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) denitration plant in cement plant, find the key control points and analyze the control effects. Methods Select a cement plant in Nanning SNCR denitrification device for occupational hazards and survey. Results The concentration, strength of ammonia, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, noise and high temperature exposed by working workers in the area of SNCR denitrification equipment all met the requirements of national occupational health standards. Conclusion Under normal operating conditions, the occupational hazards that exist in this denitrification device have less impact on workers, but there are still some potential risks. It is necessary to strengthen prevention and control work from the key control sites where occupational hazards occur.
