目的了解南沙口岸登革热疫情动态,为制定登革热防制措施和修订登革热监测规程提科学依据。方法利用口岸日常医学媒介生物监测和人群监测资料进行统计分析。结果南沙口岸登革热的主要传播媒介为白纹伊蚊,占监测蚊类的35.34%;白纹伊蚊成蚊月平均密度为0.06~6.42只/人工·小时,幼虫房屋指数为2.11%,容器指数为13.85%,布雷图指数全部大于20。健康人群抗体阳性率逐年下降,免疫力不断降低。结论南沙口岸存在登革热暴发、流行的危险,必须加大防控力度。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of Dengue Fever in Nansha Port and provide scientific evidence for dengue fever prevention and control and revising the monitoring procedure of Dengue Fever. Methods The daily medical media monitoring and population monitoring data were used for statistical analysis. Results The main vectors of dengue fever in Nansha Port were Aedes albopictus, accounting for 35.34% of the total mosquitoes monitored. The average monthly density of adult mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus was 0.06 ~ 6.42 / artificial hour, and the larval housing index was 2.11% 13.85%, the Bretti All index is greater than 20. The positive rate of antibody in healthy population declines year by year, and the immunity is decreasing. Conclusion There is danger of Dengue outbreak and epidemic in Nansha port, and we must increase prevention and control.
