工资分配牵涉到每个员工的具体利益,是矿区员工关心的热点问题。当前,部分科(区)、班队,分配中仍存在着一些问题和不足,导致员工容易产生疑虑,影响了干群关系和单位和谐。如何把工资分配作为维护职工重要权益的抓手,促进矿区建立“规范有序、公正合理、互利双赢、和谐稳定”的新型劳动关系是关键。
Wages involved in the specific interests of each employee, mining staff concerned about the hot issues. At present, there are still some problems and shortcomings in some branches (districts), squads and distributions, which cause employees to have easy suspicion and affect the relationship between the cadres and the masses and the unit harmony. How to regard wage distribution as a starting point for safeguarding the important rights and interests of workers and to promote the establishment of a new type of labor relation in the mining area that is “orderly, fair and reasonable, mutual benefit, harmony and stability” is the key issue.
