针对尾流气泡成像存在的难点,采用片光源切片扫描与高速摄影相结合的技术手段,研制了一套尾流气泡参数测量系统。该系统采用片光照明,避免了尾流区气泡图像层叠;设计了三组倍率可切换镜头,实现了对粒径是大动态范围的小气泡的成像;将镜头分裂成前后组,以平行光中继,通过片光与前镜组的同步移动,可实现尾流区一定体积内气泡图像的采样,同时还能保证扫描过程中始终成像清晰。还讨论了前组镜头移动对成像质量的影响、片光源厚度选择以及系统畸变校正等问题。设计结果表明,系统成像效果良好,满足项目技术要求。
Aiming at the difficulty of wake bubble imaging, a set of wake bubble parameter measurement system was developed by using the combination of slice light source slice scanning and high speed photography. The system uses film lighting to avoid the laminar bubble image in the wakes; three magnification switchable lenses are designed to realize the imaging of small bubbles with large dynamic range; the lens is split into front and rear groups, Relay, through the film light and the synchronization of the former group of mirrors can be achieved within a certain volume of the wake area bubble image sampling, but also to ensure that the scanning process is always clear imaging. The effects of front lens shift on imaging quality, the choice of film thickness, and system distortion correction were also discussed. Design results show that the system imaging effect is good, to meet the technical requirements of the project.
