近年来,全球范围内跨国并购如火如茶,跨国并购活动在当今经济全球化的浪潮中获取技术、扩大市场和加快企业国际化进程的一种重要方式。因为交易完成后阶段存在着大量不确定因素,尤其是文化整合的问题,所以并购交易并不等同于并购的最终成功。本文立足于我国企业,着重考察和分析我国企业赴海外参与并购过程中所面临的文化冲突与整合问题,首先分析了我国跨国并购的特点,继而提出跨国并购中文化差异与冲突,发现跨文化整合面临的问题,然后针对问题提出了解决的措施。

First of all, it analyzes the characteristics of cross-border M & A in China, and then puts forward the cultural differences and conflicts in cross-border M & A, Faced with the problem, and then put forward the solution to the problem.
