利用重入式谐振腔针对微波低频段复介电常数测试问题进行了研究,建立了测试系统并对样品进行了测试,验证了该测试方法的可行性。相对于其他同频段的测试方法,其具有体积小、测试精度高、样品放置方便等优点。
The use of reentrant resonators to study the low dielectric constant of microwaves has been studied. The test system has been established and the samples have been tested. The feasibility of this method has been verified. Compared with other test methods of the same frequency band, it has the advantages of small size, high testing precision and convenient sample placement.
