对10例慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用重组人类促红细胞生成素（r-HuEPO）治疗前后红细胞免疫功能的变化进行了观察。结果发现：治疗8周后患者红细胞C3b受体活性增强，12周后红细胞表面免疫复合物下降；免疫功能增强，与血红蛋白升高无显著相关。提示r-HuEPO能改善患者红细胞免疫功能，且是通过其直接增强作用来实现的。
Changes of erythrocyte immune function in 10 patients with chronic renal failure before and after treatment with recombinant human erythropoietin (r-HuEPO) were observed. The results showed that after 3 weeks of treatment, the activity of erythrocyte C3b receptor increased. After 12 weeks, the erythrocyte surface immune complex decreased; the immune function was enhanced and there was no significant correlation with hemoglobin. Tip r-HuEPO can improve the patient’s immune function of red blood cells, and through its direct enhancement to achieve.
