The development of microcomputer technology has greatly explored the potential of computer-aided instruction. The processor speed is accelerating, so that the computer can make a more comprehensive consideration of the student’s reaction. Research shows that people learn in different ways. Some rely more on vision, while others may rely more on conversation. For many people, prolonged memory is reinforced by verbally answering questions or reading aloud. Nowadays, people combine these important factors to develop a computer-aided instruction system. This system is a sound-based learning system VBLS (Voice-Based Learning Systenc). It uses voice input terminal and VBLS management system. Computer can understand students
