Ovarian cancer is a gynecological urgent problem to be solved, its high mortality, the etiology is unknown, many of the previous hypothesis is difficult to fully explain the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer. In recent years, studies have shown that the neuroendocrine system in ovarian cancer patients is closely linked to the immune system. The estrogen released from the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis interacts with the immune T cells 17 (Thelpcell17, Th17), regulatory T cells Treg) co-exist in the tumor microenvironment. Now the relationship between estrogen, Th17 / Treg and ovarian cancer are studied in order to broaden the field of vision and ideas for further research from the perspective of neuroendocrine immunity.
