W12Mo2cr4VRE高速钢是重庆大学试制成功一种新型高速钢,其典型化学成分(%)为:C~0.94,W~11.51、Cr~4.02、Mo~1.98、V~1.80、RE~0.12,用于切削工具性能良好。我厂采用这种钢使用如下的工艺: 由于钢中含稀土元素,热塑性较好,锻造时能承受较大的变形量,不易开裂,由于含碳量较高又含多量的Mo,所以锻造温度稍窄。锻造工艺参数选择为,加热温度儿20~1160℃,开锻温度不低于1070℃,停锻温度900~950℃,平整温度不低于850℃。锻后经坑中缓冷并及时退火。退火工艺退火温度860~870℃、保温 W12Mo2cr4VRE high speed steel is a new type of high speed steel successfully developed by Chongqing University.
