目的：对狭序唐松草（ＴｈａｌｉｃｔｒｕｍａｔｒｉｐｌｅｘＦｉｎｅｔｅｔＧａｇｅｐ．）地上部分化学成分进行分离，并鉴定化学结构。方法：采用多种柱层析色谱法进行分析，用ＵＶ，ＩＲ，ＭＳ，１ＨＮＭＲ，１３ＣＮＭＲ等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果：分离出５个化合物，经鉴定分别为ⅠＮｄｅｍｅｔｈｙｌｔｈａｌｐｈｅｎｉｎｅ，Ⅱｔｈａｌｉｇｌｕｃｉｎｅ，Ⅲｎａｎｔｅｎｉｎｅ，Ⅳ小檗碱（ｂｅｒｂｅｒｉｎｅ）和Ⅴ胡萝卜苷（ｄａｕｃｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ）。结论：５个化合物均为首次从该植物中分出，其中Ⅰ～Ⅲ为阿朴菲类生物碱
OBJECTIVE: To isolate the chemical components of aerial parts of Thalictrum triplex Finette Gagep. and to identify chemical structures. Methods: A variety of column chromatography was used for analysis. The structures of the compounds were identified by UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and identified as IN-demethylthalphenine, IIthaliglucine, IIInantenine, IVberberine and daucosterol. Conclusion: The five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. Among them, I-III was apofenoid alkaloids.
