目的:对狭序唐松草(ThalictrumatriplexFinetetGagep.)地上部分化学成分进行分离,并鉴定化学结构。方法:采用多种柱层析色谱法进行分析,用UV,IR,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR等光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离出5个化合物,经鉴定分别为ⅠNdemethylthalphenine,Ⅱthaliglucine,Ⅲnantenine,Ⅳ小檗碱(berberine)和Ⅴ胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)。结论:5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分出,其中Ⅰ~Ⅲ为阿朴菲类生物碱
OBJECTIVE: To isolate the chemical components of aerial parts of Thalictrum triplex Finette Gagep. and to identify chemical structures. Methods: A variety of column chromatography was used for analysis. The structures of the compounds were identified by UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and identified as IN-demethylthalphenine, IIthaliglucine, IIInantenine, IVberberine and daucosterol. Conclusion: The five compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. Among them, I-III was apofenoid alkaloids.
