随着部队精简整编,大批高年资护士离开工作岗位,新护士逐渐成为护理队伍的主力军。刚从军校毕业的护士,所学理论和技能与疗养院护理工作脱节,一时无法适应。因此,加快培训新护士的综合素质,使之适应疗养护理专业发展的需求,成为知识面较广、护理技能较精的复合型护理人才,从而提高疗养护理质量,是护理管理者面临的紧迫课题。我院近3年对新护士开展规范化培训,取得了较好的效果。现介绍如下。
