观察了鸡巯基蛋白酶抑制肽Ⅱ型(CPI_C-Ⅱ)对培养乳鼠心肌细胞生长的影响,结果显示:80μg/mlCPI_C-Ⅱ在接种后8小时内能使细胞贴壁增加67%。100mg/mlCPI_C-Ⅱ与心肌细胞一起温育24小时后能促进DNA合成增加76%。在促进DNA合成方面还与其他生长因子有协同作用,100μg/mlCPI_c-Ⅱ可使胰岛素的作用提高到135.4%~140.5%,可使0.01ng/ml表皮生长因子EGF促进DNA合成的作用增高123.2%。
The effects of CPI-Ⅱ on the cultured cardiomyocytes were observed. The results showed that 80μg / ml CPI_C-Ⅱ increased the attachment of cells by 67% within 8 hours after inoculation. Incubation of 100 mg / ml CPI_C-II with cardiomyocytes for 24 hours increased the DNA synthesis by 76%. In the promotion of DNA synthesis and other growth factors have synergistic effect, 100μg / mlCPI_c-Ⅱ can make the role of insulin increased to 135.4% to 140.5%, 0.01ng / ml epidermal growth factor EGF to promote DNA synthesis increased by 123.2% .
