不断深入的电力体制改革,迫使电网经营企业的经营视角向市场转移,主要利润来源从发电转向售电,电力市场营销的核心地位日益凸显,相关的风险不容忽视。本文分析了电网经营企业的电力欠费风险、窃电风险、电力市场风险、同网同价风险以及外部环境变化的影响。作者提出电力营销风险的对策是坚持企业战略创新方向,强化依法经营意识,有效规避农电管理风险,坚持营销管理创新手段,加强电费资金营理,提高营销队伍素质。
The deepening reform of the power system has forced the power grid operators to shift their business perspective to the market. The main source of profits has shifted from power generation to electricity sales. The core of power marketing has become increasingly prominent. The related risks can not be ignored. This paper analyzes the power grid operators arrears electricity risk, electricity theft risk, electricity market risk, the same network with the price of risk and the impact of changes in the external environment. The author proposes that the strategy of power marketing risk is to adhere to the direction of enterprise strategy innovation, strengthen the awareness of managing according to law, effectively avoid the risk of management of rural power, adhere to the marketing management innovation means, strengthen the management of electricity fund and improve the quality of marketing team.
