采用测量雷管水中爆炸冲击波压力的方法提出评价雷管输出能力的新判据，它与经典的直接起爆钝感炸药方法评价起爆能力相比，结果是一致的。
A new criterion for evaluating the output capacity of the detonator is proposed by using the method of measuring the shock wave pressure of the detonator in water explosion. It is in agreement with the evaluation of the detonating capability of the classic direct detonation detonation explosive method.
