介绍了城市地震灾害管理系统（ＥＤＭＳ）的开发和应用．利用数据库管理系统和实用软件能够解决数据库管理、数据分析、图形显示等功能．通过在河南省某城市的实际应用表明，该系统为城市的地震灾害管理提供了一个较好的辅助手段．
The development and application of urban earthquake disaster management system (EDMS) are introduced. The use of database management systems and practical software to solve database management, data analysis, graphics and other functions. The practical application in a certain city in Henan Province shows that the system provides a good auxiliary for the urban earthquake disaster management.
