目的:通过研究穿心莲营养体对萝卜、白菜和广金钱草种子的化感效应,为穿心莲复合种植模式的应用提供理论依据。方法:采用穿心莲根、茎叶水浸液处理萝卜、白菜和广金钱草种子、幼苗。结果:穿心莲水浸液对萝卜、白菜和广金钱草的种子萌发均有化感抑制效应,但化感作用存在差异。穿心莲根部对白菜的发芽率抑制效应更显著,穿心莲茎叶对白菜发芽率的化感效应指数也显著高于另两种受体植物;穿心莲根及茎叶水浸液对白菜幼苗根部生长总体呈抑制现象。对于萝卜、广金钱草幼苗株高的影响多呈低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的效应,且随处理浓度的增加促进或抑制作用增强。但穿心莲根部及茎叶水浸液对白菜幼苗株高的影响在所测的浓度范围内,呈促进作用。结论:穿心莲水浸液对萝卜、白菜和广金钱草具有化感作用,化感作用总体表现为抑制作用,但对不同受体呈现高浓度抑制、低浓度促进的效应。
OBJECTIVE: To study the allelopathic effect of andrographis paniculata on radish, cabbage and Champa chinensis seeds and to provide a theoretical basis for the application of the combined cropping pattern of Andrographis paniculata. Methods: Radish, cabbage and Champignon grass seeds and seedlings were treated with the extracts of andrographis paniculata and stems and leaves. Result: The water extract of Andrographis paniculata had a chemosensitive effect on the seed germination of radish, cabbage and Chinchilla sp., But the allelopathy was different. Andrographis paniculata root cabbage germination rate more significant inhibitory effect of Andrographis paniculata on the cabbage germination rate of the allelopathic effect index was significantly higher than the other two receptor plants; andrographis and stems and leaves of aqueous extract of cabbage root growth in general was Suppression phenomenon. For radish, the plant height of A. przewalskii seedling mostly showed the effects of low concentration and high concentration of inhibition, and with the increase of treatment concentration, the enhancement or inhibition was enhanced. However, the effects of aqueous extracts of roots and stems and leaves of Andrographis paniculata on the plant height of cabbage seedling were promoted within the tested concentration range. Conclusion: The extract of Andrographis paniculata Alisma orientalis has allelopathic effect on radish, Chinese cabbage and Pseudostellaria baicalensis. Allelopathy has an overall inhibitory effect, but exhibits different inhibitory effects on different receptors at high concentrations and at low concentrations.
