采用溶胶-凝胶法和湿胶粒法制备了TiO2纳米粉.通过TG—DTA、XRD实验手段研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、升温速率等热处理条件对制备的TIO2纳米粒子的粒径、晶相转变的影响,XRD研究表明焙烧温度越低、焙烧时间越长、升温速率越低得到的纳米粒子粒径越大,晶相转变温度越低.
TiO2 nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method and wet-gel method. The effects of heat treatment conditions such as calcination temperature, calcination time and heating rate on the particle size and crystal phase transition of TIO2 nanoparticles were studied by means of TG-DTA and XRD. The XRD results showed that the lower the calcination temperature, the longer the calcination time, The lower the heating rate, the larger the particle size of the obtained nanoparticles is and the lower the transition temperature of the crystal phase.
