用LB技术在石英和硅衬底上制备了聚乙烯基咔唑(PVK)的固态有序薄膜.荧光光谱研究表明,PVK在膜中的光致发光主要呈现激基缔合物的发射,其中心波长为418nm;表面光电压谱的测试揭示了PVK聚合物膜/p-Si体系具有显著的表面光伏效应.
Solid-state ordered films of polyvinyl carbazole (PVK) were prepared on quartz and silicon substrates by LB technique. Fluorescence spectroscopy showed that the photoluminescence of PVK in the film mainly showed the emission of excimer, and its central wavelength was 418 nm. The surface photovoltage spectroscopy test revealed that PVK polymer film / p-Si system has significant surface photovoltage effect.
